This chart shows several variations of rank & title within MTP (Master Trainer Primer Doctrine). Rule of thumb 0-1 years is “IN TRAINING”, 1-10 years is MASTER, 10+ years is an ELITE MASTER, 20+ years is a GRAND MASTER. A PRIME is someone who has created and shared a wealth of knowledge within one or more disciplines and a GATEKEEPER is dedicated to the support other MASTERS. Only a PRIME can designate a GATEKEEPER or another PRIME (within their own discipline). Anyone can become a PRIME if they have learned/created a wealth of knowledge to share within one or more disciplines. Titles are “self-allocated” however if you serve under someone and do not live up to their standards they have the right to demote you if they feel you have over-stepped your self-classification (therefore be sure you deserve your rank before presenting yourself as such). Over time your training-network will grow and it may look something like this chart. Giving you access to many Doms/subs/peers to work with. Start mapping out your own hierarchy to help you visualize where you stand.
