An introductory "Master Trainer" guide for the discipline of Fetish or lifestyle Slave Training.

TIP: Allocate your sub breath-holding exercises, with each scheduled training session start out by timing him. If he beats his past record, then write it down and have him practice that duration until he can match it without difficulty and then test him again to find his new best time. At the start he should be able to beat his record quite often…. after a while it may take several months before he is able to increase his capacity. Deep breathing exercises can also help. Regular sessions with a ball-gag (start out with 20-minute intervals and work up to 1hr), this can be part of a punishment or simply as part of his regular limits training.
