TIP: Maintain dominant language at all times, including via email, SMS, IM, etc… If you talk to your boi like he’s a friend in one medium he will feel he can treat you as a friend when being trained which will make your work unnecessarily difficult. It may reduce the overall appeal of training your boi if either you or the boi treats the experience like a “performance”.
