There is no requirement for a Master’s boi to be weaker or younger than him. A Master is motivated by a desire to teach/coach/nurture a boi and a boi looks up to his Master as a teacher/mentor/authority. Age/Size/Disabilities are irrelevant. A boi or master can have a disability and still fulfill their required duties and training within their limitations.
